1.PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Molecular Formula: NH4Al(SO4)2·12H2O
Other name: Ammonium aluminium sulphate, ammonium alum, ammonia alum
Property: Colorless and transparent crystalline or white granular or powder, odourless and astringent. It is soluble in water, solubility (20'C) is 15g/100ml, easy to solve in hot water, water solution is colorless, transparent and acidic. It is soluble in diluted acid, glycerin, insoluble in alcohol.

It is mainly used in baking powder processing, fried food, vermicelli production, jelly fish pickling, keeping fresh and crisp, protecting color of the fruit and vegetable, water treatment, protecting environment, disinfection, rubber, leather, washing powder, feed processing and pencil processing etc.
